S.A.C of Mr. Paritosh Kumar Mistry of this Department of his own explained the
principal application is sent herewith. Mr. Paritosh Kumar Mistry, S.A.C. of

AD and according to it on the next dated 10-05-2009 AD, his age shall be filled up
57(fifty Seven). According to the rule, on the next dated 10-05-2009 AD, he has been applied for to be gone of
Leave Preparatory of Retirement (LPR). For the said Employee for Leave
Preparatory of Retirement and Lump Grant purpose 12(twelve) months Principal
Salary of its equal amount of money, for the purpose of payment at a time, his
kind grant for to be given, it is herewith recommended. Service Book of the
relevant employee (original copy) including relevant documents is sent
herewith.
