Serajul Islam of Village-Pahartali Zharnapara Kabir Shawdagor Hause, Police Station: Dabalmouring, District: Chittagong, at present House of Badi Company of Village-Sauth Pahartali Zharnapara, Police Station: Pahartali, District: Chittagong filled a writ petition beeing No. 4613 of 2008 before the Honorable High Court for directing the respondents protecting the constitutional right to the petitioner not to taking safe custody in connection of Dabalmuring P.S. Case No. 29 dated 20.03.2008. Corresponding to G.R. No. 123 of 2008 under section 7/30 of Nari-o-Shishu Nunjatan Daman Ain 2000 as victim of the case.
This writ petition now pending for hearing before the Honorable High Court and their lordships may be taken up for hearing within a month from date.
