His date of birth is 25-06-1949 AD and as such he has fiiled up of his age 57(fifty seven) years on the dated 24-06-2006 AD and has been made retirement from the service of Biman on the dated 24-06-2006 AD. But as he has leave for special right and as such has enjoyed Leave Preparation Retirement since the dated 24-06-2006 AD to 23-12-2006 AD for about 06(six) months and after of it, there has been adopted about the final retirment. His countable service period in the Biman is 38 years 01 month 07 days. The authority Ref. No. DKGB/Pension/P-22555/2007/620 dated : 03-06-2007 AD, there has been given permission to pay of hjis gross pension 100% at a time gratuity and monthly medical allowance 500/- (five hundred) rate  since 24-12-2006 AD. In the above mentioned subject and to the view of solve about the matter of service, the following files are herewith sent for to do next action.

01. Gross Pension 100% at a time gratuity/final settlement and monthly medical allowance and the approval original copy of the authority upon of it (From pages 01 to 18 including the clearance form).
