Subject : Appointment Letter.

Written and Verbal Examination conducted by the Bankers Recruitment Committee and on the following terms and conditions, you are hereby appointed as a "Senior Officer" in the Rupali Bank Limited.

1. You will be received in the pay scale 4300-185/- x 7 –5595 – EB-195x11-7740/- with the starting principal salary including   with the existing chance facilities.

2. If you are engaged to a service at present, then before joining to the service of the Rupali Bank, you should be taken release letter from the appointing authority.
3. Your apprentice period shall be for the 2(two) years of which the appropriate authority of the bank shall be increased.  After successful completion of the fixed course by the authority, your service shall be depend on for the cause of confirmation. After made permanent of your service, you shall be treated as getting increment. As per service rule of the bank during the period of apprentice within the notice given of 30(thirty) days, there could be made termination of you from the service.

4. Rupali Bank (Employee) Service Rule, 1981 and in the next period revised/enlarged/started service rule and as per of it, your service shall be controlled Rupali Bank Ltd. The cause of permanent of this appointment is dependable upon the satisfactory police verification.
5. You are at any branch of the Bank in side or out side of the country, shall be bound to do your service.
6. Accepted by the bank, as per given rule by the govt., you will be received about the common provident rule facilities.
7. During the training period of you, by the appropriate authority, you should be perform of the fixed works.
8. During the period of service in the Bank, you will be work in any branch or with the bank related in any organization, you should be compelled to work.
9. You should be face of the medical examination by the medical retainer of the bank. For which cause you should be given of the X-Ray and Blood E.S.R. Report of blood from the Govt. Hospital. Medical Retainer given certificate of the bank will be depends of your appointment for the service of the bank.
10. Currently taken 4(four) copies of Passport Size Photograph (attested) will be given. There will be given of character certificate from 2 gazette officer who are not your relative.
11. (a) If your are originally was born outside of the Bangladesh Land area, but you came in Bangladesh in later period and would be living permanently, then the District Commissioner given domiciled certificate or any other documentary certificate (documentary evidence) would be submitted of which will be prove of your permanent arrival and residence in Bangladesh.
12. If you are domiciled in Bangladesh by birth, then you should be taken of your birth certificate and high school of college certificate or from any local magistrate given certificate or two gazette officer certificate (of which signature would be attested by the divisional head) would be submitted which can be prove that you have born in the Bangladesh Land Area and has been maintained.
12. You should be submitted of the original certificate of the educational qualification and attested copy of it shall be presented. Of which if you are the Freedom Fighter or dependable of Freedom Fighter, the from the head of the Freedom Fighters Adviser or from the Adjutant  General of the Bangladesh Army counter singed certificate would be submitted.

13.For to traveling for the purpose of joining the Bank service, any kind of TA/DA shall not be given.
14. As per existing rule of the bank, your should be put your signature in the secrecy bond of the bank.
15. Lowest for the guarantee of 5(five) years service bond (upon the non-judicial stamp as the rule) there would be put of signature of which would be made counter signed by two acceptable person.

If there is acceptable by you of the above mentioned terms and conditions, then at your early possible period in the Rupali Bank Limited, Local Office, Narayangonj 25-10-98 AD dated or before appointing of its second copy would be signed will be return to us. Within the fixed dated if you are come to fail for to join, this appointment letter shall be invalid.
