Dear Sir
This is to inform you that my enrolled university module did not ask
proficiency of German language. I was asked for the proficiency of English
language course Hence I learned English language courses and appeared in IELTS
and I give my certificate to you but not the German language. However I am
giving the commitment that I myself will admit in a good institute for
developing spoken as well as written in German Language while I will stay in Austria.
Hope you will understand the situation and waiver your clause and thus
oblige me. We appreciate your understanding.
