Definition of Scientific deduction, nature & the necessity, Different types
of induction : Real Induction & Unreal Induction.
2. The basis of Induction : Formal grounds of basis. The
natural discipline boundary Y the rule of rationality, The cause & the
conditions, The qualitative & the quantitiative symptoms of cause, the
doctrine of many causes (b) the material foundation of deduction-verification.
The comparative advantages of verification & experimentation.
3. Hypothesis : Its necessity, the conditions for the legal
project/hypothesis the evidence of the hypothesis.
4. The experimental system of reconciliation : The system of
agreement, the distinctive system, joint agreemental distinctive & the
co-changing system.
5. Explanation, Conventional & the Scentific explanation,
different forms of scientific explanation.
6. Fallacies : (a) Fallacies of trifling causes or illicit
generalizations, (b) Fallacies of verifications (c) similarity based inference
& the incidental fallacies. (d) Rationality based fallacies (e) The fallacy
