NECESSARY ADVICE TO PERSON OF DEPOSIT

1.         For the first time the Pass Book will be received after deposit of money and after it, during the period of money deposit or withdraw and before leaving of the post office and the written account in the pass Book will be carefully examined. If be formed any kind of doubtful correction, erasing mark, date or dis-similarly, there will not be tell any thing, but will be inform to the post master of head office. There will be found the name of the dead office in the cover page of this Book.

2.         If be opened your account in the sub or Branch office of yours account and after of the first tie and if be deposited money and each time by post from the head office will be wait for attached seal receipt. If you not get the receipt within the appropriate or if any doubtful sign or it then it will immediate be inform to the head office.

3.         After made complain to the head office or wanted to know any thing and if you not received the satisfactory answer, then bon will write directly to the deputy post master general or post master general.

4.         Profit money of each year and for the make deposit and after 15^th October and as it is possible and in the post office where the account remains, there will be sent of your pass Book. If the account be existed in the sub or branch office then you will submit of the pass book and will be take printed receipt and will be kept careful.

5.         Pass Book will be kept in careful and will not to be kept of your signature sample. If any person be drown money from your account taking the pass book with fraudulent and if any harm to be done for it, the post office shall not to be responsible of it.

6.         Any person in any savings project in own name, there could not be open one more account be
