“NOTIFICATION”

Bangladesh Govt.  Service Commission accepted 25^th BCS(Health) Examination 2004, on the basis of its result and the recommendation of the commission dated 22/ 05 / 06 No. BGSWC/ BCs-25 (2004) / Result (concealed) / 3 / 2006/ 23 and the notification of the establishment ministry dated 31^st July 2006, No. EM/NE-01/2006/101, the assistant surgeon/assistant dental surgeon of BCS Cadre appointed and the Notification of the Ministry of Health and Family Planning No. Par- 2/ 1A-9/ 2005/ 317, dated : 01/08/2006, as per of it, received officer and the Ref. No. of the Health Directorate VGHS/Par-2/ BCS (Health)/ appoint/ 06/ 71376 (6) / 1(6), dated : 06/08/06, received with the reference, the following described assistant surgeons, as per national pay scale 2005 Taka 6,800 x 7-9,075 – EB – 365 x 11-13,090/- salary scale and including payable allowances, there was involved in this department.

As per of the above notification, to the appointed assistant surgeons, there are posted/designated till not to provide further notice on the following terms and conditions in the mentioned post and institution by the side of their names:
