I am the undersigned Mohammad Ali, Date of birth : 1/6/1960 AD.

I do hereby stating that I was made a staying in U.K. for more than 10 years of my period and as such, my former wife Amena Begum was made divorce with me which date is 03/06/2002 AD. I do stating here that 3 years before of this occurrence, there was established a relation with Elin and due to knowing of it, my wife was sent divorce letter to me. For about 5 months after getting of this letter, taking with the said letter, we were put a registered appointment which on the dated : 25/11/2002 AD and in the said dated, we were shown about the divorce letter and I and Elin were performed of our marriage of which original copy is kept into the registered office. But at present, even after made a search, there is not getting of my passport and necessary documents in the home office. For this reason, I could not made deposit of my divorce letter in the first apply. I was heard from the voice of Elin about lost of my documents and was wrote many to the registered office. After made many endeavor, the office was gave me again for the lost copy of divorce and I was again applied with it which date is 02/01/2007 AD. It is mentionable here that there was occurred of our marriage after shown of the first copy and I was also applied with the same. After this, our child Abdullah was born on the dated 19/12/2002 AD.

I do pray to your honor, how it is possible to keep a wife away from his husband and a child from his father in a human rightful country like U.K. I do request you as to make a hearing in Eden bureau of me. Because, Elin does look after her old aged DGB mother and child Abdullah and does also a job in part time. If to be called of Elin in needs, she can be presented in Eden bureau at the time of hearing. Contract Number, Mobile Number ever all other documents are attached herewith.
