AFFIDAVIT

We, (1) HAJI MOHAMMED SALAHUDDIN, S/O. Late Md. Hasan Ali and (2) MRS. SAYADA RUKSHANA BEGUM, W/O. Haji Mohammed Salahuddin both are resident of 29, North Circular Road, P.S. Dhanmondi, Dhaka, Bangladesh, by faith Muslim, by Profession - Business & Housewife respectively and by Nationality Bangladeshi, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as follows :

1.                                          We are the permanent resident and citizen of Bangladesh by birth. 

2.         That IRFAN WADID, S/O. Tanvir Ahammed and Aireen Parvej is our only grandson. His date of birth is 20/12/2003.

3.         That our daughter AIREEN PARVEJ resides 29, North Circular Road along with us and she is our family member. 

1.                                          That we are the legal guardians of our grandson IRFAN WADID in absence of his father.

That the statements made above are true and correct to the best of our knowledge and belief, in truth whereof, we swear and sign this Affidavit before the Notary Public, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
