In the Order No. 31.39.32.00.00.002007-81(1000), dated 04-04-2007 AD/21-12-1413 Bang from the office of the Chief Adviser of Govt. of  People' s Republic of Bangladesh and through the authorization of the circular made by the Ministry of Education vide Ref. No. EM/S:18/Misc.-7/2007-347(30), dated : 30^th April, 2007 AD, it is herewith given permission to go to Finland and staying there to the lecturer of I.I.C.T. of this University Mr. Fazle Elahi Faisal for to participate of the Staff Exchange Program in Applied Science under the project of "Codewitz Aisa-Link" which to be held in Finland from the dated 12-18 November, 2007 AD.

All of the relevant expenditures shall be borne from the fund of Codewitz Asia-Link Project. There is none of economical liability of the Bangladesh Govt. to this matter.

During the program-running period of above-mentioned of this matter and the period of up-down travel there, leave is granted according to the rule:
