We (1) SIRAJ MEAH (Age 67 Years), Father of Late Siddique Ahmed Siraj Meah (2) ACHIA KHATUN (Age 47 Years) Mother of Late Siddique Ahmed Siraj Meah all of Village- Temuhani, Ward No. 05, P. O. Keranihat, P.S. Satkania, District- Chittagong, Bangladesh are the legal heirs and successor of Late Siddique Ahmed Siraj Meah.

Whereas Late Siddique Ahmed Siraj Meah, bearing Bangladeshi Passport No. X 0241844 was an employed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Whereas Late Siddique Ahmed Siraj Meah was died on 04/10/2008 due to Road Traffic Accident in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Whereas we the above heirs of Late Siddique Ahmed Siraj Meah appointed our relative NURUSSAFA son of Rutun Ali, Date of birth: 01/07/1968, Bearing Bangladeshi Passport No. B 0868918 of Village- Temuhani, Ward No. 05, P.O. Keranihat, P.S. Satkania, District- Chittagong, Bangladesh as our true and lawful Attorney for realization of blood money (compensation money) from Mohammed Mansur Alam son of Mofizur Rahman bearing Bangladeshi Passport No. E 1834145 who has been servicing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (accused of the death case) Accordingly our above Attorney named: NURUSSAFA received the blood money from the above accused person and handed over the same to us with our entire satisfaction.

Whereas we got the settled blood money  through our above mentioned Attorney with our satisfaction from the above-accused person.

We the legal heirs of Late Siddique Ahmed do hereby declare that as we received the compensation money amounting to 30,000.00 (Thirty thousand) Saudi Riyal from the above accused person. We have no claim and we will not raise any claim at present or in future if we raise any claim as to death compensation o Late Siddique Ahmed that will be do treated as Null & Void in the eye of law.

We assure & undertake that as we received all compensation money of Late Siddique Ahmed we have no claim and have no objection to dispose of the related case according to law.

In witness whereof we the legal heirs of Late Siddique Ahmed Siraj Meah hereunto set our hands to this Power of Attorney on this the 17^th October 2011.
