Besides, he is Conducting of all of the case/suits with the owner and labors for a long period on behalf of the company. On the passed dated 19/8/2007 AD. there was mentioned legal official documents need to perform such kind of work activities from the Bangladesh labor court, Dhaka and as such, there was taken a decision to appoint/give a Power of Attorney to the second party. As per taken decision of the company, the 2nd party M. Akhter Hossain will be person of responsibility for to conduct of all of the case/suit after signature of his own name after be came of the witness and plaintiff in appearance by the owner and labor instead of the signature of relevant names. It is needed to mention here that M. Akhter Hossain is also maintaining his duty with skillness about labor management officer in the Human Resources Department in our Organization Sparrow Apparels Limited.
