7. General Rules:
7-1
: When the clauses of the agreement to
be different with the evidence, so, the clauses of the agreement to be applied.
7-2 : The
2nd party is undertaking that he will respect the rules of the
country and its systems, social and religious traditions, that he will
discharge the fixed duties and as same other duties imposed by the 1st
party.
7-3: The
2nd party will be bound to keep the secrecy information of the work
within or after existing in the work.
7-4
: The 2nd party will be
bound to keep the tolls & instruments of the work and undertaking the same
at the time of enjoying leave and at the time finishing of agreement.
7-5 : The
2nd party will be bound to follow the instruction of the 1st
party about the work.
7- 6 : The matters not mentioned in this agreement
those will be settled up by the Courts of Qatar that is concerned authority or internal aspects of the office, that
is when any difference will be happened between the
parties.
7-7 : This agreement has been written original two
copies and each party has received one copy for work accordingly with effect
from 1/11/2006.

ReplyDeleteSir I would like to ask your email address of your HR to your good office of the Private office of H.H The Emir Father Sheikh Hamad Bin Khaleefa Althani, Qatar.concerning about the true monthly salary of my husband after he finished 3yrs contract he renew and went back to you last May 2017 to work again as a housekeeping in your palace.he applied last March 2014, and took his vacation. He hide to me now his new contract and salary.he denied that there's no new contract and additional.last 2014 he send us 500 Qatar money,we had 1 child.now we had new baby and he continue working there now, he was just sending us 300 Qatar money.he is now lying. We are married. It is my right to me to give his half of monthly salary to meet the needs of our foods and milk diapers extra for medicines, school allowance of my youngest in elementary.please help me.pls send to me the email address so that I can formally ask a request so I can go to the public assistance here in Philippines.thank you.hope you reply to me.
