I am starting writing the deed in the name of merciful Allah. As I require money for my special purpose, I propose to sale 9 ¾ decimal land under the Mouza and you being agreed we discussed and decided the value of the land as Tk. 1,00,000/- (One Lac Taka). Today I received the total amount at a time from you. I give up my ownership completely for the under scheduled land and made out a right out sale deed in favour of you.

Right from today you having been absolute owner of the land arrange mutation and separation in your favour and pay all taxes fixed and enjoy the land generation after generation with your sons and grandsons. In that my heirs and I will have no right in it. If any one does it, it shall be refused everywhere. I have not sold that land to any one and did not transfer, mortgage the same. If there is any thing comes up, I shall be held responsible for that. In that meaning, I willfully and consciously made the deed written and signed finally the 20th Agrahayan, 1403 B.S. & dt. 4/12/96 A.D.

(One)                                                 I am a citizen of Bangladesh by birth.
(Two)                                               The proposed land, which has been transferred, has not been confiscated as per Bangladesh Brokerage Law (President order of 1972).
(Three)                                          The proposed immovable land and is not as per leaving property law a left out property.
(Four)                                               The proposed land has not been confiscated or taken over by the Govt. as per practiced law.
(Five)                                               The proposal 9 ¾ decimal land has been described correctly in the deed and its market value has not been shown less and it has every right for the transferor to transfer.
(Six)                                                    The transfer is not cancelable as per section 5(a) of the highest land limit law (The order of the President No. 98 of 1972)
