The decision has been taken as follows :

1-         The Contract of the above mentioned person has been in the stated post for the period of one year with effect from 17/04/1425H. with salary amounting  5000.00 SR.

2-         Receiving of Passport and work of necessary formalities about its registration with the Passports and to give systematic Eqama with handing over copy of concluded contract. 

3.                   When she will be interested to renew her contract for another year she should to contact before four months from ending of her present contract with whole obligations of systematic renewal , you shall have to continue her registration with the Saudi Authority for health specialty.   

4                     The dealings to be as per list of employment of Non-Saudian within the contract period.

5                     Not to be expended the compensation imposed on it as per list of employment of Non-Saudian.

6                     The concerned authorities should to execute its related matter.  

7.         The Original decision  for  the Director of Health Sector at Dist. Khaibar + copy of the contract.
