We are hereby authorizing Mr. Mohsen Al Anaze, a Saudi Arabian National, holding Passport Number J626592,  to proceed with obtaining a company license in the name of Tropical Homes Limited in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), with a legal entity as Limited Liability Companies, Constitute with companies and persons. He is also authorized to appoint a lawyer firm/office to finalize all the  procedures required to open the company and to make it fully operational in the  kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

It may be noted here, he is one of the Partner and Director of the proposed company and he is the General Manager of Dar Al-burhan Contracting Est. The company will provide with all sorts documents for the proceeds.
