and Radio Communication Vender License.

In
response and with reference to the above the undersigned is instructed to
inform that, your pay order for license fee has been received at this office.
However, given the fact that this license is due to be issued by Bangladesh
Telecommunication Commission under provision of Bangladesh Telecommunication
Act 2001, thus necessary correction is carried out on prescribed form. You will
be issued the original license after the form has been finalized. For the
present, unless a new license form is issued, this letter shall be treated a
provisional license for dealer position and radio communication vender with
effect till 31 December 2007 subject to conditions as stipulated below.
Anything contrary to this shall lead to treat the letter invalid and action
shall be brought against the license holder as per Telecommunication Act 2001.
Conditions:
1.
That the person or body to whom the dealer position and
radio communication vender license holder shall sell their import radio set and
walky-talky must have allotment of wave from BTRC which the dealer or vender
should confirm before going to sell. Otherwise the dealer or vender shall be
responsible to face sentence of legal operation. In addition, each set
should take prior approval of the commission before sale.
2.
That Persons holding license only for position can keep
radio instrument for repair, but not for sale.
3.
That the dealer position and radio communication vender
license holder company should produce to the commission a proper account of
when and what kind of sets they would like to import.
4.
That prior approval must be taken from the commission
before importing radio machinery. Since it is punishable in law to deal in
purchase and sale of radio instrument without permission.
5.
That submission of import radio instrument report to
the commission should not exceed the last date of every month.
6.
That you are not allowed to import old radio
instrument.
