INCOME-EXPENSE RELATED DECLARATION

I, Md. Jahurul Islam, son of Golam Rabbani, mother – Jahura Khatun, present Address : B-3/20, B.A.D.C. staff quarter, Darussalam Road, Mirpur-1, Dhaka-1216, Bangladesh, date of Birth – Private Service.

1. That I am the citizen of Bangladesh by birth.

2. That after of my birth, in my own Village – Jorkhali, Post Office – Gosaibari, Police Station – Dhunat, District – Bogra is living. In that time in the year, I was gone to the house of my uncle in Khulna. Later, I was passed there S.S.C and H.S.C Examination. After this, I was come in Dhaka in the month of December and was started in serving of Private Tuition works and I would send some of the to my father from my earning money. Because, my father was a farmer. His earnings was less. After earning money from the Agriculture works, he would not able to maintain properly about maintenance expenditures to my brothers and sisters. That means he could not able to fill up demands of the family.  So, as I am the elder son of the family and as such, responsibilities for running educational expenses of my younger brothers and sisters were imposed upon me.  So, I keep some parts of my income and the rest parts send to my home for the purpose of educational expense of my brothers and sisters.

3. That in this manner, I would maintain of my life in any how manner and in later period, I am going to main in whole expenditures of the family of my father. I was started Garments Service in the year 1992 and still now serving of the same. I am at present working in “Taseen Plastic Industries”.
