Subject : About giving incentive.

With reference to the above it is hereby informed that adverse weather was prevailing in the country for the last few days due the influence of Cyclone ‘Reshmi’ Specially due to the there was apprehension of serious power grid failure. At this time it become possible maintain balance in the grid due to the efforts and initiative of following officers/employees working in the L D C there initiative is undoubtedly praise worthy and encouraging. To encourage this type of activities it is given advise to give as incentive equivalent to one-month basic salary to them. The said officers/employees name given below:

(1)               Md. Shahid Hossain Manager.

(2)                   Md. Anowar Hossain, Deputy Manager.

(3)                   Md. Jainal Abedin, Assistant Manager.

(4)                   Md. Rezaul Islam, Junior Assistant Manager.

(5)                   Md. Ripon, Security Guard.

                       

                                                           

In this circumstances is requested to take next action.
