Conditions or Appointment


1.                 Your next 03 (three) months from your yearning date will be considered as your probation period. If you can not complete that 03 (Three) months more. During probation period the Authority can terminate your service with on notice at any time or you can revue from job After successfully completion or probation , you will be considered as a regular labour/employer of this organization and you will be given following facilities .
2.                 Over time : It Authority can make you walk more than 08 (Eight) hours according to Bangladesh Labour Law and for this reason he will be paid ways according to rule.
3.                 Leave :
Weekly leave :Friday (Day may be enlisted if needs)
          Others leave :
(One)   Festival leave :At hour 11 day (Other facility with basic salary )
(Two) Casual leave :10 days (Other facility with basic salary)
(Three)                     Annual leave :After doing service complete 1 year in this organization you can talk 1 day leave with day far over 18 working days.
(Four)Medical leave: 4 days can enjoy will pay .
(Five)  Maternity leave : 16 weeks (Only for Female labour with maternity welfar facility according to Bangladesh Labour Law , 2006)
4.                 Midday break : Lunch and prayer break is given far 1 hour in each working day .
5.                 Present card :You will be given proxinity card /present card. Entering team in factory and exit team and over team work will be enlist by this card
6.                 Pesign from job: 60 (Sixty) days advance notice to be given in case of leaving jobs (For Permanent Labour )
7.                 Transfer : You may be transfered to any other factory under this company far company need (According to Bangladesh Labour Law , 2006 )  
8.                 Rule Regulations of Company : You must obey the all types if legal orders/instuctions if company .
9.                 Others facilities :
(One)   Present Bonus : If you will be presented yourself without any irregularity in all  working days you will get Present Bonus according to the rule of organization .
(Two) Festival Allowance : You will be given two festival allowance according to the rule of organization .
(Three)                     Medical Facility : Physicians and Paramedics /Nurses appointed in this organization will give medical facilities for your health service


I, SYED JAFAR ALI have signed in this appointment letter abiding by there above mentioned conditions and received a copy . Here it is remarkable that there is not any criminal case against me in P.S./Court and I am not involved with any activity subversive of the state . If there will be proved the company can take any type of legal active with sack from job.
