This is to certify that MD. NURUL ISLAM, son of late Chandu Kha, mother – Mosammat Mishree Bibi, Village – Birajnagar, Post Office – Naukaghata, Police Station-Shibpur, District-Narshingdi,  I would know him. He was known to me.  He was signed of a Power of Attorney of which Registration Number 25  to the favor of  his wife Mosammat Fatema Begum on the dated 21/11/2010 AD. In it, Birajnagar and Pahar Joynagar 2 Mouza, Police Station – Shibpur, District – Narshingdi, Power of Attorney made amount of land 617 decimal. The power of Attorney is properly Authenticated by me. But this is matter of bad luck that the said Power of Attorney Grantor Mr. Md. Nurul Islam on the dated 17/12/2010 AD last was died (Inna..................Rajeun). After the date, legally a Power of Attorney does come to active. Power of Attorney goes to moving less  and inactive.

Remarks:

Therefore, Power of Attorney Registration No. 25, dated : 21/11/2010 non moving, inactive and will be treated as cancellation. It is not legally active. Power of Attorney described schedule property will be distributed in the next heirs of the Grantors.
