Service Agreement
The agreement was made the day
dated 05/08/07 between

Employer:

(Hereinafter called 1st Party)

Employee :
a.                  Name: Mostafa Kamal
b.                  Nationality: Bangladeshi
c.                   Passport No.: R-0351698
d.                  Permanent Address: Vill.+P.O. Rajamaher, P.S. Debidwar, Comilla.
(Hereinafter Called 2nd Party)

The parties agreed for the following conditions:
1.                  The Second Party shall work for First Party as:
    Dress Maker.
2. The Second Party shall be entitled to RO.900 per month as basic salary and R.O. 100         as
     allowances
3. The first party shall provide the Second Party with free accommodation
4. The Second Party Shall work 8 actual hours per day or 48 hours per week.
5. If the second party is asked to work more than 8 hours per day the first party shall either pay him an overtime equivalent to his wage for the additional period plus at least 25% extra his hours of additional jobs
6. The second party is entitled to 60 days of annul lave with pay after every 10 month of service.
7. The Second Party shall be entitled  to free air passage for joining duty, during lore leave after every two years of service and while retiring home after completion of service.
8. The First Party shall provide the second party with free medical facilitates.
9. This agreement shall remain in force for a period of 24 months from the date of arrival of the employee in the Sultanate of Oman. If neither party serves notice to terminate the essential shall be considered for to have been period on the same learns and conducting.  
10. Their Party can terminate this agreement by giving the or by paying the other party the equivalent amount of wages of notice period.
11. The terms that are not listed in this agreement shall be governed by Omani Labour Law No. 35/2003.
12. In the event of death of the employee, the Employee's dead body will be sent back to his/her country at the expense of the Employer.
13. This agreement was issued in tow copies, one for each party.
14. If the First Party to update the labour card or visa within 1 months of expiry the second Party must inform in written to the Bangladesh Embassy Oman.
