Abdul Matin, son of late Md. Easin Miah, 9. Md. Mahib Ullah, son of late Golam Sarowar, Race : Muslim, Business, vill. Perozpur, P.S. Hazigonj, Dist. Chandpur. Grantors of this Agreement.

In the name most merciful Allah  of this Pond maintaining Agreement has been written that I am 1 No. Grantor in the four bank of the tank, as per decision of the partners, chairman of the committee and as per Motowalli (caretaker) of the Masjid and from 2 No. to 9 No. grantors and as per general member of the committee, as per Power Perozpur (South) Para tank area peoples in total 3-94 decimal land in total both of the type total 6-18 decimal pond or tank for the mosque work and in need of the public, as there is needed essentially of the money, there was made proposal for to maintaining of the tank and you are for to fish cultivate in it, has been agreed to do maintaining. In this connection, the said tank in the current 2006 AD from the 1^st May 2011 AD up to 30^th April, given for maintaining, we are from you 3,10,000/- (three lac ten thousand) taka as per decision, we are Masjid Committee Motawalli, as per decision of overall, which have decision to give of the Masjid, keeping it after deduction, rest of the money, to the peoples of the bank, as per part, we are the members of the Masjid Committee shall be made divide it. In this connection, we are hereby given to maintaining for about 5 years. In it, from today, due to the reference of maintaining, there could be made the fish cultivation. Therefore, we are on behalf of the committee, there is hereby written of this Agreement which on the dated 28^th April, 2006 AD.
