Some of the known matter to the
Entrepreneur/Entrepreneurs:
(1)
During the period of project implementation
necessary known service/facility, to the matter of receiving, the
Entrepreneur/Entrepreneurs may be contacted to the service center of the
Investment Board.
(2)
Under the principle of Industrial and Economical
Principles and National Revenue Board and other relevant Govt.
Authority/Organization and by it, in time to time under the issued notice, the
industrial projects misc. custom/tax facility can be received. Such of
related principle and notice copy may be
collected from the service center of the Investment Board.
(3)
Project Place/Location before finally selection, for
to get of the environmental clearance certificate, the
Entrepreneur/Entrepreneurs would be contacted to the directorate of the
environment.
(4)
To main any of terms and conditions of the following
and come to failure of it, the registration board could be made cancel of the
Registration of it:
Terms and Conditions:
(a)
Ownership of the Industrial Project and change of
location would be immediate informed to the Investment Board.
(b)
Within the time limit of the Registration Letter, if
be come to failure to implement of the Project, at immediate after expire of
the fixed time limit, there would be applied to the Investment Board for to
make renewal.
(c)
Under the obligatory Certification Marks Industrial
Goods Bangladesh Standard and Testing Institution (BSTI) and by it, would be
come to the fixed/prepared standard and before marketing, there would be taken
of the clearance certificate of the BSTI.
(d)
Before establishment of the Industrial Project,
under the existing environmental act, there would be collected clearance
certificate from the environmental directorate.
(e)
Under the Import principle capital machinery, spare
parts and raw material /package materials would be imported.
(f)
Before going to production of the Industrial
Project, each after 6(six) months, to the Director (Registration and
Assistance-2 Directorate), as per attached chart, there would be submitted
about the progress related report. After gone to the production of the
commercial of the industrial plot, there would be submitted of the yearly
report to the director (principle & planning) about production.
(g)
In the case of change/extension/amendment of the
registration letter, there would be given of the amendment fee and would be
made of the amendment.
(h)
Without not to make purification for the garbage of
the industrial organization, there could not be thrown to the nearby river,
connection canal and common water reservoir.

-: Additional Terms & Conditions:-
(a)
In the case of export oriented
industry, produced goods registration letter marketing paragraph mentioned rate
(%), the would be made export.
(b)
In the industrial head adhoc and
regular I.R.C. recommendation and for to make application, after direction
investigation of the project factory, actual yearly production capacity and
import right would be determined and would be made recommendation about I.R.C.
(Industry).
(c)
For to issue of the bonded ware
house including the recommendation, for any kind of chance-facility in the case
of application, there would be directly investigated of the project factory and
for to make investigation, there could be made co-operation to the relevant
officer.
(d)
For to get any kind of Govt.
chance facility and in the case of recommendation of the investment board and
if be received of the chance facility, there would be informed to the
investment board.
(e)
Within the mentioned time limit
of the registration letter, there would be implemented of the project.
(f)
To make resistance of the
possible accident and as per of the existing factory rule, there would be taken
of the safety base arrangement.
(g)
To the view of reducing pressure
for using of the underground water, there would be made arrangement for to keep
the water of rainfall.
(h)
About the matter of collection
for the proposed project, there would not be any kind of adjourn to the
investment board.
(i)
There would be created Day-Care
Facility (in applicable case) of the organization.
(j)
During the period maternity ( in applicable case) there would be created
of leave.
(k)
For to the female employees of
poor earning (in applicable case) there would be given of safety residence
facility to the nearby place of the factory.
(l)
Inside of the organization and
for to establish of the equal respect of the female workers (in applicable
case) and in the case of wages and other
allowances given, there would be maintained of equal rules.
(m)
There would be arranged about to
have meal with a low price cost.
(n)
In between of the male and female
workers (in applicable case) peaceful environment, there would be created of
the active conduct rule.
(o)
Including the survey work any
kind of survey or information collection period, there would be given of full
co-operation.
Any of terms
and condition mentioned above or part of it if be made violation, the
Investment Board keeps the right to change or cancel of registration.

Investment Board and in case of communication, be mentioned registration number
in the registration letter.
