ORDER

(INCOME TAX)

Through the given power in the Income Tax Ordinance, 1984 (XXXVI of 1984) of its section 46A(3), the National Revenue Board Knit Empire Limited, House No. B157,. Lane-22,  New DOHS, Mohakhali, Dhaka (TIN: 221-200-3237/Tax Circle-75, Tax Zone-7, Dhaka) by it Plot No. 929, Chandana, Gazipur Sadar, Gazipur is established and 100% Export Oriented Textile Knitting (From cotton to Grey Cloth) production and sale business engaged Industrial Organization and from the said business earned income (Profits and Gains) described Ordinance Section 46A(1) (a) and according to it, from the dated 1^st July/2004 AD to 5(five) years Income Holiday, it is herewith approved. Duration of this Income Tax Holiday shall be expired on the dated 30^th June/2009 AD.

This approval is herewith given on the basis of the supplied information by the company and after ascertaining of the Income Tax Ordinance, 1984 (XXXVI of 1984) of its Section 46A(2) of described Legal terms.

In this connection, his Letter File No. 221-200-3237/C-75/2004-2005, dated : 17-01-2005 Ad is needed for to mention. In same time, for all of the directors, Income Tax determination would be examined in properly and to be written in the Tax Determination Order. Through the Monetary Act 2003, included 46A (2A) section terms and if it has been maintained in properly that will be examined and to be written in the Tax determination order.
3. Managing Director, Knit Empire Limited, House No. B157, Lane-22, New DOHS, Mohakhali, Dhaka. In this connection of his 06-01-2005 AD dated, submitted Tax Holiday application is mentionable to the Revenue Board.
