I, MD. MAHBURBAR RAHMAN beg to state that I have been staying in Japan for the last 14 years. As I have got Permanent Residence status in Japan so I have been staying in Japan permanently with my wife and children. At present I am serving in CTC TECHNOLOGY of ITOCHU CORPORATION As IT SYESTEM ENGINEER.

         

My younger brother MD. SHYEDUR RAHMAN at present serving in a construction company in Bangladesh. He has been suffering from serious chronic Hepatitis and suffering from serious lever problem for the last 5 years. He has been under the treatment of different famous Doctors in Bangladesh but could not recovered from the disease .

         

As I have been permanently living in Japan I am very much willing to do treatment of my younger brother in Japan. I am fully capable to bear his living, feeding and treatment expanses. After I do hereby undertake that his though medical check up and treatment I shall send him back to Bangladesh as per the rule of Japan Government.

               

Therefore, I pray and hope that your honour would be gracious  to give tourist visa a to my  younger brother as he is able to complete his treatment and oblige thereby.
