13634, dated : 26/06/05 AD of this office the order of changing/rigiding the
designation of the under mentioned officer partly on the post mentioned besides
their name and in health institution the amended order of rigid has been
issued. The other Terms & conditions of Notification No.: 13077 & 13634
of dated 22-06-05 AD of this office will remain unchanged.
They must have to join on the designated post before noon of coming 02
July, 2005 AD/18 Ashar, 1492 B.S. in their office. If any one does not join to
his office in this case it will be supposed that he is not agreed to join to
his/her service and this appointment letter will be considered as forfeited.
