Grantor : Md. Mahbubur Rahman, son of Haji Md. Saidur Rahman, Address : 8 No. B.K. Ganguli Road(Kayetuli), Dhaka-1100, Nationality – Bangladeshi, Religion – Islam, Profesion-Business.

Remarks: The land was sold due to needed cash money of the seller and the buyer was paid 2,50,000/- to the seller and as such the deed was executed on the dated  20/9/2003 AD

Of its competition 2.00 taka is collected by the Savar Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) in year to year.

Total = 1874 decimal.
As per of my bought marked possession received the said C.S. and S.A. 276 and present R.S. 1834 and 1837 no plot agricultural chala land in full 786 decimal, from it in full agriculture chala land 132 decimal and from it marked present R.S. 1837 no. plot agriculture chala land in full 658 decimal. Of which to the North – Govt. Road, to the East –Ahamuddin and others, to the South – Govt. Road, to the West – Md. Motiur Rahman and others. In this Boundary my bought 39.11 katha land of which to the North – Govt. Road, to the South – Today's bought ref. owner Sahadat Md. Faisal, to the East – Today's bought ref. owner Md. Abdullah Al-Mamun Bhuiyan, to the West – Md. Motiur Rahman and others. In this boundary the amount of sold land is 7.52 katha.
