Work Agreement

Agreement No.  909/03/01

On Wednesday dated 10/10/1427H. Corres. 1/11/2006AD. the agreement has been concluded between the following parties :

1.         H. H. The Emir’s Private Affairs Office, Address:  (P.O. Box : 1122, Doha, Qatar) in this agreement will represent Mr. Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz Al- Atia – Director of H. H. The Emir’s Private Affairs Office          (1^st Party)

2.         Mr. Enamul Hoque Abdul Mannan, Bangladeshi, Personal No.  (27605001910), Address : (Doha, Qatar, Mobile : .................)   (2^nd Party)

The both parties have agreed on acceptance and work according to the subject and

clauses of this agreement.

First Clause : Subject of the Agreement

The 2^nd party is accepting work with the 1^st party in the post of Electronics Labour and

on the post grade (Tenth) from the schedule of the posts grades in evidence of the Labourers Affairs and performing all the duties of the posts.

Second Clause: Elements of the Agreement

1.                  Period of Agreement: Period of this agreement is one Gregorian year which will be started from its date, and it will be automatically renewed with same conditions and duties and for unlimited times until to it will be finished from the both parties or from any one party.

2.                  Place of Work:  The 2^nd party is accepting the work to perform the duties of his post at all places under the 1^st party as per requirement of the work.

3.                  Wages, Allowance & Compensations: 

3-1 The 2^nd party will get monthly basic salary amounting 1000 (One thousand) Qatari Riyal. That is against discharging his duties fully and it will be paid up at the end of each Gregorian month, this salary with overtime allowance to be if any, basically any monetary  allowance related to the post to be counted.
