Place: Under Cumilla district of Luksham police station of Dadaghar Mouza in home of complainer

In the north side of living room of the home of northern home of Chouchila Tin is having been roofless bathroom.

Sir,

 

It has been requested with the due respect is that I have complained in written in your police station is that I am an easy- going innocence person of village. One the other hand, the defendants is chaos maker type folks. My sister, 1st witness is the examinee of HSC from A.F Government College for 1999. 1st number defendant used to offer love to the no. 1 witness of my sister but my has not became agree of that offer so the number 1 defendant became angry and dated 6/ 4/ 1999 at around 11 PM as my went to response to nature with number 2 witness in the bathroom beside the northern side of Chouchala Tin home

In a roofless bathroom the 2nd witness having in his hand at the time of number 1 witness standing 1/ 2 number defendants having been in their hand a bottle of acid threw to number 1 witness and burnt the face. Therefore the both eyes of the number 1 witness may spoil for forever. My sister 1/ 2 number witness identified the defendant as by the light of Hurricane having had in their hand. My sisters 1 and 2 number witnesses screamed therefore the defendants fled from the spot.

 

My sister, number 1 witness, went with number 3 witness to Luksham Government Hospital as her condition was serious 13 number witness told to take her in Cumilla Medical College Hospital. As the condition of her went to decline, she has been taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital by 3rd number witness and makes to get admitted there.

Now my sister, number 1 witness is fighting with death in Dhaka Medical College Hospital. I was the busy for treatment of number 1 witness and having been futile to compromise locally complains became counted. I provided signature in the case as written by the name of me. To get proper judge the case has been sent in your police station.

 

Therefore, take appropriate legal action urgently of this matter.
