Binodon Ali dated last 3/ 11/ 1956 uder the Savar Sub- registry office
registered in number 8867 on deed of Saf Kabla completed having been in mind
the owner of the property by deed, recording his name last S. A and R. S having
been owner of the property From Muhammad Binodon Ali to Muhammad Rafiqul Islam,
Md Saydul Islam, Md Shafiqul Islam and Muhammad Shahid Mia last dated 24/ 10/
1981 registered in Dhaka sub- registry office 26028, 26029, 26030 and 26031 in
different four copies of Saf Kabla having been bought as well as having been
ownership and possession from Muhammad Shahid Mia to Hosen Ara Begum dated last
22/ 10/ 1991 registered in Savar registry office in number 11545 by a copy of
Saf Kabla of four different copies by name of Md Rafiqul Islam, Md Saydul

property looking after, preserving, donating and selling by the Bangladeshi
High Commissioner appointed in Carberia in Australia dated last 20/ 5/ 2012 as
per memorandum no 162/ BHCLS/ 202 and latter by the foreign ministry of
Bangladesh dated last 3/ 7/ 2012 as per 187/ 12 having been attached and by the
treasury of Bangladesh dated last 1/ 8/ 2012 of 1188/ 2012 by the deed of
attorney general I am Md Quamrul Hasan as appointed as attorney general.
(B) Purpose of Transfer: Now
there is need for money for different legal reason I am the deed provider I am
in favor of attorney general deed provider is selling the schedule mentioned
land property.
(C) Property Easement Ship
Ownership: today therefore the value of property has been found 27,50,000/- at
a time and by this power of attorney general deed the ownership and possession
got understood by this deed the ownership of this property me and my successors
become possession less for forever. From the possession taking entertain all
the possession of this property. Replacing the name instead of the name of
power of attorney general can do all the activities of divide, advance,
mortgage, sell and donate of this property. In that I am the attorney general
deed provider and her successors can not make any question, demand, complain or
anything else on this land property. If they do it will be it will be
disregarded cancel by the court.
(D) Most mentioned comment on
transferred: The property of this deed has not been got any advance. Even
before there is no any mortgage, lease or any activity happened or it is not
included in any cases related office of land as well as it is not under the
debt of Bangladesh Bank, Industry Bank, Farm Bank or any other Commercial Bank
or any Bangladesh House Building Finance Corporation Limited. It is also clear
that if any mistake raises on plot no, Khatian no, and surrounding of the land
property the deed will not be cancelled but as informed me
I will be obliged to make that
amended I as well as successors will be obliged.

about the possession of this land and any damage cause for that to the deed
