Market. Therefore, today dated 18/ 6/ 2001 at around 11 ‘O’ clock at the time
for going New market my cousin Rashedul Islam Babu (35), Father: Somir Mondol,
Village: Muhammadpur, Police Station: Doulotpur, District: Kustia, as now at
Gabtoli Cow market in front of Gabtoli Porbot Cinema Hall as waiting for the
privet car which is the number of Dhaka Metro- 11- 9137 two people came before
us and introduced them the people od S. B as in my right hand and in the left
hand of Rashedul Islam Babu told me to get on the car, why to get on the car,
they told talk to you at office. So there was a bargaining about talking at that
time one person beside us told They are the people od S. B. Once we got on the
car as reached the car at Shamoli they mugged 50,000 Taka having been with my
cousin in Lungi, Then as we doubted and told to show card they informed they
will show card at office, then we told to go to traffic sergeant if sergeant
tell us we will go for, But they did not go to sergeant they run the car at
around 1.20 ‘O’ clock
as they reached before Shamoli
cinema Hall under the Muhammadpur police station as there behavior and manner
got become doubted my cousin Rashedul Islam Babu screamed. Then I stopped the
start taking the key as there was a pistol in the right pocket the man having
been in driving seat and started to shoot us my left leg got shooted and
shooted in left hand elbow as well as got become blooded. As soon as the other
one was with me took the simens mobile numbered 0175- 29935 which is priced
around 36,000/- Taka and fled from the car. The man has been in driving fled
exiting from the car wit fighting by hands with me. Then went to Gabtoli by a
tempu and then business people of cow market broke hand cap by hammer and the
president of cow market association Hazi Muhammad Mozibur Rahman, Father: Md
Fazol Haque, Village: 118, Courtbari, Police Station: Mirpur, Dhaka, took me to
Dhaka Medical and managed for treatment. As become something healthy came to
the police station for the Azhar. At the time to go for hospital we handed over
the hand cap to highway police.
Therefore, it has been consideration
to take the above suit and taking appropriate action.
