1. That I am permanent citizens & Residents of Bangladesh
by birth.
2. That my son
name is MD. ALAM son of Razib Sardar of Address: Village- Tasta Pur ,
Post Office- Silimpur , Police Station-Tongi Bari , Dist- Munshigonj, Bangladesh is still Un-married
and he is not engaged in any affair with any Bangladeshi Girl or any foreign
Girl. That I do hereby declare that if my said son marriage any Girl I have no
objection.
3. That my
actual & legal beloved son MD. ALAM date of birth 12-10-1976 holder
of Bangladeshi Passport No. R 0715879 now is living in Korea.
4. That my
aforesaid son is still UN-MARRIED and I have no objection if he marriage
any girl in abroad.
That these
statement made herein above are true and correct is to the best of our
knowledge and belief whereof we swear ands signed this affidavit before the

engaged in any affair with any Bangladeshi Girl or any foreign Girl. That I do
