Subject:    Regarding supplying fuel in running vessel under control of Passenger Service Unit at Dhaka terminal.

            Informing about subject that, for supplying fuel oil in running vessel under control of Passenger Service Union at Dhaka Terminal by permit of authority issue work worder and for supplying fuel oil for 02(two) years on 29.10.2013 a supplementary agreement was signed with Burigonga Floating Pump Ltd. Period of agreement will be valid for 02 (two) years up to date 01.11.2013- 31.10.201. Mentionable that all condition of executed agreement on 31.10.2011 will be unchanged.

For taking necessary action one duplicate copy of this agreement attached herewith.
