DEED OF AGREEMENT
This indenture of Agreement
is made and executed on this day July 01, Two Hundred Fifteen of Christian era.
BETWEEN
Md. Mohammad Latif, S/o Late Mohammad Sharif & Late Noorjahan
Begum of 49/1 - A, Purana Paltan Lane, Paltan, Dhaka-1000, hereinafter referred to
as Lessor (Which expression shall include her heirs assignees,
executors, successors in met rests administrators and iegai representative)
of the one part.
AND
Makka Babe
Jannat Travels & Tours, of 49/1/A, Purana Paltan Line, (6th Floor),
City Corporation, Dhaka-1000, hereinafter
referred to as Lessee (Which expression shall include her heirs
assignees, executors, successors in met rests administrators and legal
representative) of the other part.
Whereas the lessor has agreed to let out 5th
floor west side Total area measuring 1212 sft, feet
with all fittings and fixtures, verandah and passages.

HEREIN WITNESSED AS FOLLOWS
The Lessor
shall deliver the vacant possession of the demised premises to the, Lessee on the First day of July, 2015 on a Monthly Rent Tk.
15,000/- (Taka Fifteen Thousand ) Only.
The Lessee has
Deposit to the Lessor and amount an amount of total Tk. 30,000/- (Thirty Thousand) as agreed. In the case of termination of
the lease to whatsoever reason by either of lease the Lessor will refund
Deposit amount to the lessee.
The monthly rent shall be paid to the Lessor by the First week of
each English Calendar month for which the rent is due till the period of the
lease expires.
The Lease shall commence from the First day
of July, 2015 and shall remain in force for a period of 03 ( Three) years up to June 30,
2018.
In case of termination of the lease, the advanced money will be
refunded to the lessee or if the Lessor has any valid claims or dues that will
be adjusted from the security deposit and the rest amount will be refunded the
Leasee.

or less 1212 sft in the 5th Floor West side. One hall room and two toilets.
