Subject : About make the Registration under the Registration and Control Act of    the Voluntary Social Welfare Organizations Ordinance of 1961.

Dear Sir,
We are gladly to informing you that the submission of application for registration of your organization under the above Ordinance and is herewith registered after proper consideration as per the following terms and conditions. The Registration No. Chand/ 401/2001 and the approved Construction is herewith sent. It is requested to kindly make of your acknowledge.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1.    To be ensured as to become the member of all kinds of peoples of this organization to the invitation about the objects and the programs of the organization.
2.    The programs of the organization shall be conducted as to the Registration and Control Ordinance of 1961 of the Voluntary Social Welfare Organizations.
3.    There should be accepted the directions provided by the Registration Authority and the Sub-district Social Welfare Officer about conducting of the programs to the society and there should be informed in regularly about the conducted programs to the Registration Authority and the relevant Officer. 
4.    There could be conducted any Savings program and Loan activities after collecting the subscription from the peoples by the organization.
5.    There would obtained as per possible programs to the view of social and economical problems solution about the subject of Population Control, Increase of Food Production, to make workable of the workable youths after training of economical education, to remove of illiteracy, to keep health of the Childs and mothers and the activities like nutrition.
6.    There could not be made obstruction to the program of any other organization for the work of the organization and should be avoided the extra running force of the programs.
7.      The yearly accounts of income-expense of the organization should be submitted to the Sub-district Social Welfare Officer/Registration Authority.
8.    The yearly Budget Report would be made approval in the general meeting and to be sent in this office.
9.    There would be made a list of the Name, Father/Mother’s Name, Designation, Full Address, Profession and Educational Qualification including the work activities of the meeting and to the sent of this office within seven days after formed the Executive Committee through the Officer of the Social Welfare.
10.    There should always be awareness as to the fulfillment conducting of the organization as per the relevant article of the constitution.
11.    There would be mentioned must the number of Registration while transferring of the letters-documents.
12.    If be found the activities of the organization as anti-position to the peoples or to be violated of the above mentioned terms and conditions, the Registration Authority could be taken of arrangement to postponed/cancellation of the program to the organization.
