AFFIDAVIT OF UNMARRIED OF SOHEL CHOWDHURY

We, (1) SALAUDDIN, Address: 69, Dalkanagar, Sutrapur, Dhaka, (2) JAMILA KHATUN, wife of Salauddin, Address: 69, Dalkanagar, Sutrapur, Dhaka, Bangladesh, by Nationality Bangladeshi by birth, do hereby jointly affirm and declare as follows:

1.         That we are permanent citizens and resident of Bangladesh by birth.

2.         That our beloved son SOHEL CHOWDHURY, date birth 01-02-1963, now he is living in Japan.

3.         That our aforesaid son is still UN-MARRIED and have no objection if he marriage any girl in abroad.

That these statement made above are true and correct is to the best of our knowledge and belief and in truth whereof we swear and sign this affidavit of no objection before the Notary Public, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
