We, (1) Abul Hasem Sarkar, son of Late Ayet Ali Sarkar, (2) Rokeya Begum wife of Abul Hasem Sarkar of Address : 129, New Eskaton Road, Ramna, Dhaka-1000. Bangladesh do hereby solemnly affirm as follows:

1. That we are permanent citizens & Residents of Bangladesh by birth.

2. That our beloved son Mohammad Tariqul Islam, date of birth ..............       ....,. is Bangladeshi citizen by birth. Now he is living in German.

3. That our aforesaid son is still UN-MARRIED and we have no objection if he marriage any girl in abroad.
