Be it known to all that we, International
Securities Company Limited of 1 No. Ali Biponi, Laldighirpar, Sylhet. as a
corporate member of the Chittagong Stock Exchange Ltd. hereinafter referred to
a CSE bearing membership No 096 do hereby appoint HARUN-UR-RASHID son of
Idris Ali as our Authorized Representative and attorney hereinafter mentioned
or execute any contract or document in respect of the transactions in the CSE
in our name and under the obligation of our CSE Membership.
1. To Transact business
on our behalf on the CSE trader workstation and to make bargain our name and to
sing and execute contracts on our behalf.
2. To fulfill all bargains, commitments, contractual obligations as per
the memorandum and articles of Association of the CSE and rules, Bye Laws,
regulations, etc. of the CSE.
3. To participate in
transacting business in such manner and from as a member of the CSE is entitled
to do by virtue of his membership and for the said purpose have all
transactions recoded in our name, give and take delivery of shares, issue and
receive cheques or cash and undertake brokerage activities in shares,
debentures, funds and other securities.
And we do hereby
agree to confirm and ratify all and every act or thing done by our said
authorized Assistance within the scope of the authority hereby conferred on him
and all documents executed by him in our name or on our behalf under this
power/authority shall be binding upon us as if the same were executed by us and
that we shall remain liable for all obligations of our Authorized Assistants
and in default thereof shall always remain liable to actions under Articles of
Association of the Chittagong Stock Exchange Limited.
