AFFIDAVIT OF UNMARRIED

I, MD. NURUL HAQUE, son of Md. Bahar Ali, Permanent Address: Village-Dashuria, Post Office- Dashuria, Police Station-Ishurdi, Dist- Pabna and Present Address: 34/A-1/G, Mirpur, Pallabi, Dhaka-1216, Bangladesh, by Nationality-Bangladeshi, by faith Muslim, do hereby solemnly affirm as follows:

1.         That I am permanent citizens & Residents of Bangladesh by birth.

2.         That my son name is MD. ABDUL KADER, Permanent Address: Village-Dashuria, Post Office- Dashuria, Police Station-Ishurdi, Dist- Pabna and Present Address: 34/A-1/G, Mirpur, Pallabi, Dhaka-1216, Bangladesh is still Un-married and he is not engaged in any affair with any Bangladeshi Girl or any foreign Girl. That I do hereby declare that if my said son marriage any Girl I have no objection.

3.         That my aforesaid son is still UN-MARRIED and I have no objection if he marriage any girl in abroad. Now he is living in Ukraine. His passport no. is Q 0191638.

That these statement made herein above are true and correct is to the best of my knowledge and belief whereof I swear ands signed this affidavit before the Notary Public at Dhaka Bangladesh on the 7^th June, 2005.
