1.         That I am permanent citizens & Residents of Bangladesh by birth.

2.         That my younger brother name MD. MANIK son of Late Khaleque Mridha of Address: 16, Lane-6, Block-B, Section-6, Mirpur, Dhaka-1216, Bangladesh is still Un-married and he is not engaged in any affair with any Bangladeshi Girl or any foreign Girl. That I do hereby declare that if my said brother marriage any Girl I have no objection.

3.         That my actual & legal beloved younger brother MD. MANIK date of birth 16/09/1968 holder of Bangladeshi Passport No. Q- 0535069 now is living in South Africa.
