Subject:          Regarding the approval of the project loan sanction of Total Tk. 622.43 Lac (Long term capital loan Tk. 545.35 Lac + short term current capital loan TK. 28.00 Lac + Interest during the implementation period Tk. 49.08 Lac under own Fund credit programme of this Bank in farour of your industrial institution M/s. DK. Knitwear Ltd.

Dear Sir,

            In pursuance of your application and in the light of the proposal of this section, the credit proposal is presented through the proper authority of Bank and accordingly the Bank Authority has approved the project loan of Tk. 622.43 Lac (long term capital Loan Tk. 545.00 Lac + short term current capital loan Tk. 28.00 Lac+ Interest for Implementation period Tk. 49.08 Lac) in tavour of DK. Knitwear Ltd. through etter No. IDCD/Wage/65572003 against the proposed project M/s DK Knitwear Ltd. under our Fund Credit Programme of Bank in the aforesaid sanctioned letter on the stated condition and process.

            You are requested to receive the sanctioned loan as early as possible performing all the aforesaid documents in the sanctioned  letter after giving your concurrence signature in the second copy of sanctioned letter and loan agreement enclosed with this letter and abiding by the other rules duly as per the Bank Rules if you agree on condition and process stated in the aforesaid sanctioned letter.
