Due to the application of you on the dated 26-07-2010 AD, as per
maintaining normal rule of the bank and described terms and conditions, in your
favor, credit limit 6.00 (six) lac taka CC(Hypo) granting has been approved
upto the duration 31/07/2011
AD.
- Nature of Loan : Cash Credit (Hypo), { “Women Agrani” under loan program}.
- Loan facility within limitation sum : Taka 6.00 (Six) lac.
- Rate of Interest : 10.00% or at when by which rate is applicable.
- Margin : 50% at least.
- Duration ended date : 31-07-2011 AD.
- Loan Payment Process : 90(ninety) days interval on temporary basis loan
account to the co-ordinate and within
duration

- Security :
(a)
Primary/Principal
: As per primary security in the shop/godown preserved/deposited all of the furniture,
computer materials, other electronics goods (without illegal and forbidden
goods), published all of the book, stationery etc. of approximate total value
22.00 (twenty two) lac taka in properly at the stage of Insurance made
condition in favor of the bank there will be hypothecated.
(b) Personal Security:
- The proprietor of the Loan Acceptance organization Mrs. Rowshan Jahan of his husband Mr. Mukul Pahari (Safiqul Jamil) of his personal bail.
- Mr. Monjur Ahsan Bulbul, Chairman, Matap One Group, 6,Motijheel C/A, Dhaka-1000 of his personal bail.
- Mr. Mozammel Hossain Faruki, Principal Officer, F.R.M.D., Principal Office, Dhaka of his personal bail.
- The following deeds would be performed:
(a)
DP
Note, (b) Loan arrangement letter, (c) Distribution Letter, (d) Loan
Continuation Letter, (e) Letter of Hypothecation (f) Under Hypothecation all of
the goods without resistance less, there would be given power to inspection.
(g) From your account, bank’s relevant rule basis charge collection
authorization letter, (h) according to
the banking rule, granting bank loan sum over than 10% would be made insurance
and in the Insurance Letter, the name of the Bank would be kept as the First
Party, (i) Letter of disclaimer (for only rented shop/for godown).

11. Special terms and
conditions/directions:
(a) Performs the deeds and
necessary works after completion, there would
be distribution of the loan.
(b) Liability made goods
month basis stock report would be given.
(c)
Within 60(sixty) days, the loan must would be accepted of withdrawal, otherwise
loan will be treated as cancel.
(d) Cash
Credit(Hypothecation) Limit all of the rules and regulation shall be
applicable.
(e) None withdraw will be
given after end of the duration period.
(f)
Insurance Policy Limit will be more than 10%. It is needed to mention that the
liability of loan till not to make co-ordination/payment, there would be made
Insurance and if there is come to failure of Insurance Policy
Acceptance/Renewal and if the needed in compulsory basis loan account after
made debit, Insurance Renewal/or making new, there could be taken policy and to
this connection, there could be performed of the preference letter.
12. Other terms and
conditions:
(a)
Sold earned money of the organization CC(Hypo) would be deposited and all kinds
of banking transaction would be performed through this branch.
(b)
Within the duration period of this branch, you any other bank or financial
organization, there could not be accepted loan.
(c)
During the duration period, imposing any kinds of terms and conditions, keeps
preserve the right
In
this situation, in this granting letter due to maintenance of the imposed terms
and conditions, if you are complied to take of the loan, in the second copy of
the approval letter compliance signature (approval signature) will be given and
will be submitted into the branch and there is requested for to perform of the
necessary deed according to the terms and conditions.
