Terms and Conditions:
- Duration of contract would bew 3 years and renewable upon mutual agreement.
- Air Ticket from Bangladesh to Libya after completioin of contract Libya to Bangladesh shall be provided by Company The Al Salaba Co.
- Free Accomodation and food shall be provided by the Company The Al Salaba Co.
- All Taxes/Insurance premiums shall be provided by Company The Al Salaba Co.
- Working hours 8 hours daily excluding lunch time.
- One day weekly holiday.

recruit Bangladesh skilled works for
our company upon terms and conditions as per enclosed general form of
employment contract in use all tine of such person as shall be necessary of
required.

To sign all relevant documents pertaining to personal as
refer to in paragraph(1) in Bangladesh.

To make the necessary to Libya’s
required by laws and regulation in Bangladesh.
|
|
|
To arrange the workers passport for visa endorsement with
Libyan people bureau in Bangladesh.

This power of attorney shal be valid and operative upto
17/2/2014
