1.
Salaries of the workers according to the Demand letter.
2. Accommodation
Free, Medical free, Air ticket Free to be paid through the
1st
party.
3.
Communications &
Transportation free from the house of the workers to
the
place of work and return to the home.
4. Time of work 8 (eight) hours every day,
48(Forty eight) hours every week.
5.
Period of contract 2(Two)
years and renewable as per desire of the
contracted persons.
6.
Probationary period 90
(ninety) days ending benefit according to the local
Labour Laws.
7.
In condition of inquiry or death, the 1st party will send the
dead body to his
country in cost of the 1st party and
will bear all the expenses as required .
Other
Columns & Terms and Conditions will be considered as per Local Labour Laws.
The
both parties have agreed on the above mentioned Columns & Terms and Conditions
and they have signed the Agreement.

Govt. Approved Recruiting
Agent in Bangladesh
as 2nd Party
The both Parties have agreed
on the under mentioned Columns & Terms and Conditions for distribution and
to send the required workers from Bangladesh as 2nd Party with the
Power of Attorney , Demand Letter etc. given at the time.
