SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY IN THE LICENSE

I, the undersigned /SATTER ALI GOLABUR RAHMAN, Bangladeshi National

and holder of Identity Card No.  784197114942408

As the license holder named as / AL TAMAM LATHE WORKSHOP  vide No.  (CN – 1041898) and issued by the Department of Economic Development / Abu Dhabi. In this regard I have authorized MR. AKHTER NHOSSAIN NURUL AZIM, Bangladeshi National to act on my behalf in the termination of all transactions with the Department of Municipal and Agriculture and the Ministry of Labour and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Department of Naturalization and Residence and Passports and before committees of conciliation and reconciliation and dispute settlement committees and has the right to open communications and issues, lawsuits and waived his right to bring cases before all courts of the various types and grades Recognition and reconciliation and compromise and settlement and disbursement of cash or a check, he has right to reply and acceptance and response and to appeal of fraud and appoint the arbitrators and experts and to reply them and to set  power of attorney the lawyers and isolation as well as the Department of Traffic and Licensing at police stations and the General Directorate of Police, Airports and Ports and Customs and Postal and Telecommunications, the civil defense and has the right to provide and receive documents and sign all documents and appear before all official and semi-official state license mentioned above and the Attorney shall have the  right to renew leases deeds related to the shop (store) and he has the right to cancel the same also, as such he has the right to sign the new leases deeds and has the right to renew the license mentioned above, also has the right to sell or assign the license mentioned above or others and has the right to receive the sales price in cash or by check and has the right to cash the check from the drawee bank and also has the right to open bank accounts in the name of the license mentioned above and that is with the banks operating in the country and has the right to draw and deposit and sign all checks, and the Attorney shall have the right to bring the workers and the extraction their visas and to work about their Iqama (Stay) and their cards and to sign their work contracts and deported outside the country and to terminate their services, As such the Attorney shall have the right to enter into contracts and agreements with the official state and in tenders and also has the right to sell and assign cars for above mentioned organization and to renew the same with the Department of Traffic and Licensing, also he has the right to receive the amount of  (70,000) Seventy thousand Dirhams deposited in the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs and to sign all the necessary papers and documents.  Also he has the right to authorize a third party in all or some of what has been mentioned.
