OFFICE ORDER

B R E (Specialized) POR Division, WDB, Sirajgonj, self-retirement received Assistant Engineer (Civil) Mr. MD. MUSTAFA HAFIZ, due his application, BWDB Employee (Retirement Allowance and Retirement base facilities) Regulations 2000 of its section 19 and according to him, surrendered of 1^st part money to him  of total gratuity of pension = 4,734.00  and 200.00 for each taka = 4,734.00 x 200.00 = 9,46,800.00 (Nine lac forty six thousand eight hundred)  taka only and the second part = 4,734.00 taka of its each taka 100.00 (one hundred) taka (4,734.00 x 100.00) = 4,73,400.00 (Four lac seventy three thousand four hundred) taka including total (9,46,800.00 + 4,73,400.00 ) = 14,20,200.00 (Fourteen lac twenty thousand two hundred) taka only is herewith granted as one time gratuity. From the said money, the payable money to the board is 1,409.00 (One thousand four hundred nine) after made co-ordination and rest (14,20,200.00 – 1,409.03) = 14,18,790.97 (Fourteen lac eighteen thousand seven hundred ninety taka ninety seven paisa)  only will be payable after final audit examination by the Accounts Keeping Directorate, WDB, Dhaka.

2. After acceptance of the said gratuity at a time Mr. Md. Mustafa Hafiz will be received any of monthly pension in his life. But as per rule, from the dated 09-08-2006 AD, he would be received of the regular medical allowance as per rule.

3. He has been given undertaken in this connection that any kind of dues with him by the board in future or any additional accepted money is to be treated as unpaid, then all of the said dues money would be bound to make payment to the Accounts Directorate of the Board by him or his heirs.
