At that time, the accused Ismail, Salman, Sufian and Lokman were came there. By the Moulvibazar 2-11-0093 Number Motor Cycle were came Suhel and another one person. Each them were equipped with long knife and short knife and fire gun on hand. The accused persons were instant attack Ismail and us were pulled of my nephew with the collar of his shirt and was said to give his demanded subscription. My nephew Nazrul was refused of it and then the accused Sufian was made stroke me on my body keeping his short knife on hand to the view of killing me. The mentioned stroke was thrown to the backside of the witness Amir Uddin and he was became bloody wound. The accused Salman was made a stroke with his dagger keeping on hand to my nephew Nazrul to the view of killing him and then I was pushed him and was made fall down on the ground. Then the said Salman was made stroke with sharp dagger to the witness Anis Miah and made serious bloody wound. One of the other accused person was made me threat and fear with his fire gun to the view of killing me. The accused Lokman, Sufian, Salman and Ismail group were took from my nephew Nazrul keeping with him about cash money 1,20,000/- (One lac twenty thousand) taka and one D.V.D., Camera value approximate 85,000.00 taka and the deeds and records of land of my nephew and documents of high school (all of the documents) were taken by the accused Ismail and my hired Litage vehicle were broke down by the accused persons of which amount they made of damage 80,000.00. I was cried out for the fact and my nephew were cried out and for this, the nearby peoples were come from the four sides and the accused persons were went away using of their Litage vehicle and with their using motor cycle. At the time of their returning, they were made threat that if we do any kind suit/case, they would be killed us of our life. There has been admitted of my wounded witness Abir, Ashik and Miah to the Moulvibazar Hospital and they are under treatment. As I was busy for the treatment work and as such, there has been some delayed to lodge of the complain.
