PROGRESS HOLDING LTD a private Limited Company was established in the year 1990. Initially companies principal were who has enough experience in organizing consulting services. During the last 21 years the company has offered satisfactory services to government, Semi Government, Autonomous & Private (both local and foreign) Organizations.

Present we like to expand our business in overseas market. And therefore we like to tie up with your company in Saudi Arabia. Our primary business strategy will be following. But these are ideas and any advice or suggestions from your end for long term strategy our proposed consultancy will be highly appreciated.

           

 ●         At first we ( Both your company and our company) will enter into Joint Venture Agreement where the ratio of the profile will be.51% ( Your Company): 49% (Our Company). But total investment to running projects and office will be borne by you. And we will also provide you skilled manpower for the projects time to time.

●          We will set up a front office in Saudi Arab and back office will be in Dhaka, Bangladesh for the architectural consultancy projects and designing jobs.

●          At the primary stage we will send a term of 5 persons consisting engineers and designers to Saudi Arab who can handle the small to mid level projects taken by our proposed Archliberal & Consultancy Company. This team will get full technical support from our back office in Dhaka where we have a big experience team of skilled engineers, architects and designers who are able to handle any critical and big consulting projects. We will increase our Saudi Arab team members by recruiting skilled engineers, designers, architects from Bangladesh in future for such big projects.

As being Managing Director of this Group of Companies, I can physically move to Saudi Arab for long period for our JV Company but I will closely follow-up every project run by my team in Saudi Arabia of our JV Company. And visit time, if necessary.
